“One-to-Ones” are meetings with other members outside of the regular weekly morning meeting. One-to-Ones are an opportunity to get to know other members and the services their businesses offer. They are particularly helpful for new members, and are counted as referrals for the first two months of membership. For all members, One-to-Ones are the best way to get to know the others and their businesses and, in turn, boost referrals.
